I live to serve—simple as that.

Helping others is what drives me, and I’ve learned that the bigger the resources, the bigger the impact. That’s why I’m building wealth: to do more good, for more people.

But I’m not waiting until “someday.” I help where I can, now—through coaching, mentoring, building systems, and showing up fully for the people I work with.

Business doesn’t have to be cold. Growth doesn’t have to come at the cost of well-being. I believe we can build with integrity, lead with joy, and thrive while we’re at it. I’m here to make things work better—for people, teams, and communities. That’s the mission.

About Me

I’m Em—a Miami native, middle child, and lifelong helper with a fierce love for family and community.

I grew up with six older brothers, an older sister, and three younger sisters, which means I got tough fast, learned to lead early, and never stopped caring hard. Family is everything to me—blood or chosen—and showing up for my people is who I am at my core.

I’ve always worked. I started babysitting at 12 (all summer long), and was captain of our varsity basketball team in high school, while working admin at my mom’s counseling center. I went to University of Central Florida (UCF), studied Psychology and Entrepreneurship, and took on every job under the sun—financial coach, psych aide, barback, bartender, and a few more. I lost count at some point. If it helped me grow or serve others, I was in.

After college, I stepped back into my mom’s office and saw a chance to level things up. I streamlined systems, revamped billing operations, and earned my spot leading the department. That momentum led me to co-found Imaginate, a life coaching company focused on community, healing, and expanding what we already have and love in our lives.

In 2020, I restarted my martial arts journey with Sensei Champ, who became a lifelong friend. Together, we built a program that went beyond training—we created a family. Weekly meals, holiday drives, mentorship...we poured love into the kids who needed it most.

I even took a stretch working remotely through Europe (laptop in one hand, mission in the other), and now I’m back stateside, building the next chapter.

These days, I’m pouring everything I’ve learned into buying and growing a business, coaching people into their power, and creating systems that serve.
